About Us
Clear Creek Care Center of Westminster is a small, privately owned facility in a residential community. We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, with children playing along the tree lined streets. We have been an integral part of the community for over 20 years. Our facility is warm, inviting and homelike, providing a comfortable home for our extended-stay residents. For those who are here for a shorter, recuperative stay, our homey atmosphere makes for more relaxed, less stressful rehabilitation.
At Clear Creek Care Center, you will find compassionate care geared toward the individual needs of your loved one. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing services and a comprehensive rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Each resident receives on-going healthcare assessments from our highly trained and caring interdisciplinary team members. Family members are encouraged to take an active role in care planning sessions. We offer a broad spectrum of healthcare services, including:

- Rehabilitation
Family involvement is encouraged at our facility. We urge our residents’ families to visit as often as they are able. We do not have “visiting hours,” and friends and family are always welcome, provided they do not interfere with our residents’ privacy and sleep requirements. Educational family meetings are held bimonthly, and provide an opportunity for involvement in facility operations.
